Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. The menu opens right in the phone’s browser from the QR code or link. The management dashboard also runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
Can I change prices and products after printing the QR code?
Yes. The QR code points to a fixed address for your restaurant. Anything you change in the dashboard shows up on the menu within moments, with no reprinting.
Can customers order and pay through the menu?
Orders, yes: counter pickup, dine-in (with a QR code per table) or delivery to the areas you define by postal code (CEP), and customers follow the progress on their phone. You turn ordering on whenever you want, or keep a view-only menu. Payment can be made by Pix right on the menu (the order only reaches the kitchen once it’s paid) or at the restaurant; online card payments are in certification.
How do coupons and the loyalty program work?
You create discount coupons (percentage, fixed amount or free product) with an expiration date and usage limit, and choose stamps or points for loyalty. The balance is tied to the customer’s phone number, with no app or sign-up, and is credited when the order is completed. On redemption, staff verify the customer before accepting the order.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. You add multiple locations, each with its own address, hours and QR code, all sharing the same product catalog.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan costs nothing and never expires: digital menu, QR code, products and photos. To take orders and use coupons, loyalty and the kitchen display, there are paid plans billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on the pricing page.
How does KINS handle personal data?
We collect only what’s needed to run the platform, store passwords with strong encryption, strip metadata from uploaded images and comply with the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law). See the Privacy Policy.
