You create your account for free and subscribe to a paid plan inside the dashboard, where you see the price, billing period and terms before confirming. Card payments via Stripe. See the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Questions about plans and billing
Does the Free plan expire or show ads?
No. Free never expires and the menu shows no ads. There’s only a discreet “Digital menu by KINS” badge, which goes away starting with the Start plan.
Do you charge per menu view?
No. Menu views are unlimited on every plan.
How is the subscription paid?
By credit card, with recurring billing processed by Stripe. KINS doesn’t store your card details. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL).
Is there a free trial?
The Pro and Business plans come with 14 days free on each organization’s first subscription. Billing only starts after the trial, and you can cancel before then.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When you upgrade, new features unlock right away and you only pay the prorated difference for the period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that, your account goes back to the Free plan. Your data, products and history aren’t deleted.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. When you reach a plan limit (for example, locations or products), the dashboard lets you know and only blocks new additions until you upgrade. Customer orders are never blocked by a limit: the monthly volume is fair use and never incurs extra charges.
Are online payments for orders included?
Pix on the menu is available on plans that include online payments. You set up your Pagar.me payout account from the dashboard and the money goes to the restaurant’s balance, with weekly transfers to your bank account. Pagar.me’s processing fee is deducted from the amount received. Card payments on the menu are in certification with Pagar.me.
